Dr. Robert Kerwin C. Billones is a full professor at the Department of Manufacturing Engineering and Management, De La Salle University, Manila, and a research fellow at the Intelligent Systems Laboratory. He earned his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from DLSU in 2018. He completed the Leaders in Innovation Fellowship program under the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Asian Institute of Management in 2019. He serves as AI Governance Coordinator for the Asia-Europe for Artificial Intelligence (AE4AI) Network and is a member of the Philippine national standards body to ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 on AI. A member of several IEEE societies, he has authored over 113 international research publications. He had worked on several research projects under the Department of Science and Technology and the National Research Council of the Philippines. His interests include AI and data governance, applied AI, digital twins, biomedical engineering, and cyber-physical systems.

Raphaël Weuts is a senior interdisciplinary researcher in AI Governance, focusing on the technical aspects of long-term stability in such governance. He advised the Belgian government on the elaboration of the AI Regulation of the European Union and assists the federal Belgian government in multiple healthcare AI projects. He currently does research for KU Leuven and serves as AI strategy director in the aforementioned projects, where he oversees the implementation of AI in federal medical databases in Belgium.

Dr. Vanessa Camilleri, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Artificial Intelligence, brings extensive expertise in the field of AI in Education, Intelligent Interfaces and Human-Machine Interaction, Game-based Learning, Extended Reality for Education & Training as well as Ethics in AI. In addition to a number of publications in the areas mentioned, Dr. Camilleri is an active member of various Faculty Committees, currently presiding as the Chair of the Faculty of ICT Outreach Committee. Her commitment to education extends beyond academia, as evidenced by her active involvement in school outreach initiatives.
With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Camilleri has participated in a number of EU-funded projects, including several ErasmusPlus Projects. Presently, she is engaged as a key partner in an ongoing ErasmusPlus Project -'ThinkGame' and a SEA-EU Enabled Project - 'ENABLE', showcasing her dedication to advancing the field of artificial intelligence in various fields.

Dr Vicente A. Pitogo is an esteemed professor in digital governance, co-production, and other information systems domains. His academic prowess is further evidenced by his possession of a doctorate degree in Information Technology, which he obtained from De La Salle University in 2021. Currently, Dr Pitogo serves as the Dean of the College of Computing and Information Sciences at Caraga State University in Butuan City, Philippines. His contributions to the scientific community are substantial, with his prolific research endeavors in areas such as ICT, IT governance, and the applications of AI-driven technologies. He is part of the ICT for Responsible and Sustainable Mining Project that aimed to enhanced mining practices in the country. Furthermore, Dr Pitogo currently spearheads a multimillion-funded project focused on profiling coffee farmers and growers, high value crops and commodities aimed at developing an intelligent and data-driven agricultural chain management.

With over 16 years of experience in international companies focused on HR & Communication, she currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Kozminski University in the Network and Digital Society Management Program. She has been teaching at Kozminski since 2016, conducting at least 12 courses annually. Monika has also authored business books and academic articles on fostering a culture of innovation through communication.

His PhD centres on digital entrepreneurship and digital marketplace design for the sustainable development of microenterprises in rural Malaysia. Sharina Yunus is the Director of the Enterprise Office and an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Brunei. With a PhD in Optoelectronics from the University of Bath and a BEng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, her research interests focus on technology and innovation, particularly in robotics, AI, smart cities, and renewable energy. Sharina has been instrumental in developing IP and commercialisation policies to enhance UTB's innovation ecosystem. She has also served as a mentor and speaker at multiple ASEAN AI Innovation Labs and has received several awards, including the Women in Innovation Award (2023) and the Meritorious Service Medal (2022). Her contributions extend to teaching, supervising PhD and MSc students, and actively participating in national and international technology committees and hackathons.

Amna Hashmi's specialization lies in the field of miniature painting and digital arts. Focusing upon the linkages between Persian and Mughal illuminated manuscripts with Japanese manga, her work revolves around her primary interest of storytelling and the recording of historical events - exploring the role of myths and folklore, creation of magical and collective imaginary spaces, particularly in the context of modern digital spaces. Her current research focus is on the effects of technology upon the environment, and overwriting of indigenous narratives in the process. Her recent works have been shown in the He Yuan Peace Garden Museum, Beijing, China (2017), and Tsinghua University Art Museum, China (2020) - and as part of the artist collective Pak Khawateen Painting Club - Lahore Biennale 02 [2020], Jameel Art [2022], Sharjah Biennale '15 [2023]. Hashmi is currently an Assistant Professor at Department of Art and Design at COMSATS University, Islamabad.

Dr. András Lukács received his degree in mathematics from ELTE Eötvös Loránd University in 1992 and his PhD in 1998. He specializes in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.
He gained his research and industrial project experience while working at the SZTAKI Institute for Computer Science and Control, where he co-founded and led the Data Mining and Web Search Research Group in the early 2000s.
Since 2018, András has been coordinating the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Research Group at ELTE's Institute of Mathematics. Over the past two decades, he has led or been a leading specialist in dozens of domestic and European-supported and corporate artificial intelligence research and development projects. He has been teaching at ELTE for more than three decades, introducing the Data Mining subject and currently organizing and instructing courses on the latest topics of Artificial Intelligence.

As a co-founder of Kimitisik, I have had the opportunity to teach AI, innovation, and entrepreneurship at 42 universities in 23 countries. This experience has provided me with a profound understanding of diverse learning cultures, which I believe is critical for effectively addressing the varied educational needs globally. I have also been involved in training STEM educators in 16 countries to employ challenge-based learning and to integrate AI tools in their teaching practices. Barbara is the Head of the Natolin Innovation Lab at the College of Europe. She holds degrees from Europa Universität Viadrina in Volkswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behaviour, and earned her PhD in International Economics from Warsaw University in 2004. Her PhD research focused on the Determinants of Labor and Household Activity of Women.
Since 2020, Barbara has led the development of new formats and topics in the extracurricular curriculum at Natolin Innovation Lab in the College of Europe. She developed the Natolin Nest format, particularly the Natolin Digital Transformation Nest, focusing on AI evolution and industry engagement. This initiative exposes students to leading AI companies, debates on AI's impact on higher education, and workshops exploring AI applications. He designed and implemented formal and non-formal education programs in various countries, and as a consultant, he had worked primarily for startups and international companies in the banking and retail sectors. He also participated in training, valorisation, and research projects related to education, where companies, state administrative institutions, and educational institutions have participated. During the last few years, he had been one of the drivers of Latvian higher education reform.

She later obtained her doctorate in Education at the Doctoral School of Education of the University of Pécs. Her research interests include the emergence of flow-based education in cultural and higher education institutions. She is an associate professor at the Department of Social Communication, Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, Ludovika University of Public Service. Two books have been published so far: the first is Flow, or Playful Communication in Museums, and the second is Experience-based Environmental Education in Science Museums. She has several years of experience in public administration. She is a member of the Andragogy Subcommittee of the Pedagogical Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and a public member of the Pedagogical Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

He is a fellow of IETE (The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers) and has served for 2 terms as Chairman of the IETE Sub centre at Indore. He has served as the Vice Chair-membership, Executive Committee, IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on VLSI (TCVLSI) from 2017 to 2020. During his tenure, he was instrumental in establishing a new TCVLSI conference (ieee-ises.org) as the Founding General Chair in 2015 and Steering Committee Vice-Chair since then. It needs to be noted that iSES is the only new conference added to TCVLSI in the last whole decade. He is an associate editor for the IEEE Consumer Electronics Magazine.

Ummuhan Bardak is a senior specialist on labour market and migration at the European Training Foundation (ETF, an agency of the EU) for 20 years. She has been involved in several projects related to the labour market, employment, human capital development and migration in the European Neighbourhood countries. Her work on those topics has encompassed research and analysis, policy dialogue, project management, and capacity-building. Highlights of her work have been labour market reviews, skills anticipation and matching methodologies, the future of work and future skill needs, youth transition, returns to education and TVET, and the skills dimension of migration – mainly in the South Mediterranean, Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership regions. She has written and/or edited several publications on these topics.

Urszula Lis is from Poland, where she is studying Electric and Hybrid Vehicles Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. She has been involved in the student movement since the beginning of her studies - from being faculty-student representative, progressing to Co-president of the ENHANCE Alliance Student Forum, and then becoming a member of the Executive Committee of the Students’ Parliament of the Republic of Poland. She is also a Student Expert at the Polish Accreditation Committee. Currently she is Membership Coordinator at the European Students' Union. Her area of work focuses on AI and digitalisation in EU and its influance on students' experience and Higher Education.

She works at CIMEA (Italian ENIC-NARIC) and coordinated and worked in a number of international projects on recognition and internationalisation of higher education. She holds her Bachelor degree in Education Geography at the National University of Laos, and her Master degree also Doctoral degree in Education Management and Leadership from the State University of Malang, Indonesia. Professor SHEN Yi is the director of the Research Center for the Global Cyberspace Governance, a non-resident researcher at the China Cyberspace Studying Institute, and individual director of China Association of Cybersecurity. His main research focuses on cybersecurity, cyber diplomacy and the governance of global cyberspace. From 2008 to 2009, Professor SHEN Yi went to Georgetown University as a post doctoral research fellow in the School of Foreign Affairs.
In 2013, Professor SHEN Yi published his book on the National Cybersecurity Strategy of the US and also participated the Conference of Cybersecurity and Informatization, which was hosted by President Xi Jinping on 19 April 2016, as one of the ten key speakers.

Zsolt Almási is an associate professor in the Institute of English and American Studies, Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Hungary. His book, The Problematics of Custom as Exemplified in Key Texts of the Late English Renaissance came off the press in 2004. He is the co-editor of the journal, Digitális bölcsészet (Digital Humanities) and was co-editor of books with Mike Pincombe, Writing the Other. Humanism versus Barbarism in Tudor England, (2008) and New Perspectives on Tudor Cultures (2012). More recently he co-edited with Kinga Földváry two special issues "Shakespeare in Central Europe after 1989" and "Theatre in the Digital Age" of Theatralia. He serves as the head of the Department of English Literatures and Cultures, the president of the Hungarian Shakespeare Society. His current research projects and publications focus on Shakespeare, Shakespeare in the contemporary Hungarian theatre, digital Shakespeare, and digital and visual culture, AI in education and culture.
